1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Marketing opt-ins (email or text) are optional and are never a condition of entry.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, in states where cannabis-related promotions are permitted. Employees of Dayzees Cannabis, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to enter
Complete the "Join the Daydream" entry form on dayzees.com with a valid email address and zip code. Limit one entry per person per monthly drawing period. Duplicate, automated, or bot-generated entries are void.
4. Drawing period
Each drawing period begins on the first calendar day of the month at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after a period closes roll into the next period.
5. Winner selection and notification
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries within five business days after each drawing period closes. The winner is notified by email at the address submitted and must respond within seven days and confirm they are 21+ with valid government-issued ID. If the winner does not respond or cannot verify age, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn.
6. Prize
One (1) monthly Dayzees merch drop package, approximate retail value $150. The prize contains apparel and branded merchandise only — no cannabis, THC products, or product samples are awarded, shipped, or transferred as part of this giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Privacy and marketing consent
Information you submit is used to administer the giveaway. We send marketing email or text messages only if you separately opt in on the entry form. Email and text consents are recorded independently, with the exact wording shown and a timestamp. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and reply STOP to any text message to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
